ARTICULO 2o. Para la determinación de los recursos que deben destinarse a los Fondos de Seguridad, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo anterior, se entenderá que hacen parte de ellos las apropiaciones ordenadas en el correspondiente presupuesto departamental para la vigencia de 1993, con destino a la financiación de los gastos directamente relacionados con la seguridad y defensa en sus territorios.
