ARTICULO 1o. Los Departamentos de Arauca, Casanare y Santander destinarán a sus respectivos Fondos de Seguridad, el veinte por ciento (20%) de los recursos procedentes de las regalías a que tienen derecho, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el inciso tercero del artículo 360 de la Constitución Política. Estos recursos deberán programarse y ejecutarse de acuerdo con los lineamientos definidos por el correspondiente Consejo de Seguridad Departamental.
