º A partir del 1º de enero de 1989, el subsidio de alimentación para los empleados de que trata este Decreto, que devenguen asignaciones básicas no superiores a ciento cinco mil setecientos cincuenta pesos ($105.750), será de tres mil cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($3.450.00) mensuales moneda corriente, pagaderos por la entidad. No se tendrá derecho al subsidio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.
