º A partir del 1º de enero de 1989, reajústase en un veinticinco por ciento (25%) el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios números 1310 de 1978 y 121 de 1988. Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
