Artículo transitorio. Para la vigencia fiscal de 2014, la Institución Universitaria, Establecimiento Público de Educación Superior -Conocimiento e Innovación para la Justicia (CIJ)-, será una Unidad Ejecutora de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y la ordenación del gasto estará a cargo del Fiscal General de la Nación, quien podrá delegarla en el Director General de dicha Institución.
