Transferencia de bienes. La propiedad de los bienes muebles e inmuebles de los cuales sea titular la Fiscalía General de la Nación, que requiera el Establecimiento Público de Educación Superior -Conocimiento e Innovación para la Justicia (CIJ)- para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, serán transferidos por la Fiscalía a título gratuito a este último. La determinación de los bienes, los plazos y términos para su entrega se señalarán en las actas que suscriba el Fiscal General de la Nación y el Director General del Establecimiento Público de Educación Superior -Conocimiento e Innovación para la Justicia (CIJ)-, las cuales serán registradas ante las autoridades competentes.
