Director General . El Director General es el representante legal del Establecimiento Público de Educación Superior -Conocimiento e Innovación para la Justicia (CIJ)-. El Director General tendrá calidad de empleado público, elegido por el Consejo Directivo, de terna presentada por el Fiscal General de la Nación y para el mismo periodo de este y estará sujeto a los impedimentos, inhabilidades e incompatibilidades establecidas en la ley para los servidores públicos.
