°. Naturaleza jurídica. Créase una institución universitaria, Establecimiento Público de Educación Superior, denominado Conocimiento e Innovación para la Justicia (CIJ), de carácter académico, del orden nacional, adscrito a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, con personería jurídica, autonomía académica, administrativa y financiera, y patrimonio independiente, el cual se regirá por las normas que regulan el sector educativo y el servicio público de la educación superior y por lo previsto en el presente decreto-ley.
