Artículo octavo. Las disposiciones del presente Decreto serán aplicables también a los infractores de las normas al Control de Precios, aun en suma mayor de $10.00 en cada operación comercial, cuando sean reincidentes o hayan sido sorprendidos in fraganti por autoridad competente. En este caso la sanción se graduará de acuerdo con las normas legales vigentes.
