Artículo cuarto. Contra las providencias podrán interponerse recursos de reposición y queja. Estos recursos no suspenden el cumplimiento de la providencia, y no podrá el interesado intentarlos sin haber cubierto la multa respectiva cuando de esta sanción se trate. Las providencias absolutorias no están sujetas a consulta.
