Artículo primero. Los Inspectores de Policía de Precios quedan facultados para imponer multas hasta de $50.00 moneda legal en caso de infracciones a las disposiciones sobre control de precios en transacciones comerciales en que el total del mayor precio cobrado sea inferior de $ 10.00.
