°. El literal c) del artículo 6º del Decreto 1970 de 1979, quedará así: "c) Otorgar préstamos con plazos hasta de tres años. No podrán concederse prórrogas que sumadas al plazo inicial excedan los tres años. Sin embargo, de acuerdo con los reglamentos que dicten sus Juntas Directivas, las compañías de financiamiento comercial podrán otorgar préstamos para vivienda de sus empleados con plazos superiores, siempre y cuando queden amparados con garantía real".
