°. El literal a) del artículo 6º del Decreto 1970 de 1979, quedará así: "a) Captar ahorro a través de depósitos a término. Los títulos respectivos no podrán tener plazos inferiores a tres meses y solo podrán redimirse en la fecha de su vencimiento. En caso de que no se hagan efectivos en dicha fecha los certificados se entenderán prorrogados por un término igual al inicialmente pactado".
