COMPENSACION DE LOS SALDOS CUANDO NO SE INDICA LA OBLIGACION A CARGO. Si el solicitante no indica el año gravable o período al cual quiere compensar el saldo a favor, la Administración de Impuestos hará la imputación del mismo a la deuda más antigua en el siguiente orden: primero a las sanciones, en segundo lugar a los intereses y por último a los anticipos, impuestos o retenciones.
