Requisitos De La Solicitud. Para El Trámite De Las Devoluciones O Compensaciones

REQUISITOS DE LA SOLICITUD. Para el trámite de las devoluciones o compensaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, la solicitud deberá presentarse acompañada de los siguientes documentos

Tratándose de personas jurídicas, debe acreditarse su existencia y representación legal mediante certificado expedido con anterioridad no mayor de cuatro meses.

Copia del poder debidamente otorgado, cuando se actúa como apoderado.

Copia o fotocopia de los recibos, documentos o certificados que acrediten el pago en exceso o indebido.

Copia o fotocopia de la corrección de la declaración inicial o liquidación privada, de que trata el artículo 589 del Estatuto Tributario, cuando sea del caso.
