Articulo 2.° La diligencia de fianza estipulada en los Decretos precitados, es obligatoria para el personal militar que, en la fecha de la vigencia de tales disposiciones, se hallaba en cualquier forma adelantando estudios en los planteles de preparación profesional a que se refiere el presente Decreto. Tal fianza deberá otorgarse en los términos indicados por el artículo 4.° del Decreto 2256 de 1947.
