Vigencia . El presente decreto-ley, rige a partir de su fecha de publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 1°, 5°, 9°, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 23, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30 y 31 de la Ley 24 de 1992, los artículos 20, 21, 22, 23 y 24 de la Ley 941 de 2005.
