ARTICULO 67. PERITOS. Los peritos o auxiliares de la justicia deberán manifestar, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes al recibo de la comunicación del nombramiento, si aceptan o no el cargo y, en caso afirmativo, posesionarse dentro de los siguientes cinco (5) días. Si no contestan o no se posesionan serán reemplazados. Cuando sean sorteados para actuar en un determinado proceso, deberán comparecer el día y hora señalados, o excusarse con la debida antelación, y si no lo hiciere quedarán excluidos de la lista de Peritos.
