ARTICULO 62. Los contratos sobre exploraciones y explotaciones petroleras y mineras, cualquiera que sea su clase o modalidad, deberán someterse a la revisión del Consejo de Estado cuando su cuantía sea igual o superior a la contemplada en el artículo 253 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
