ARTICULO 59. El artículo 69 de la Ley 96 de 1985 quedará así: "Artículo 69. INTERVENCIÓN DE TERCEROS. DESISTIMIENTO. En los procesos electorales cualquier persona puede pedir que se la tenga como parte para prohijar en oponerse a las peticiones de la demanda. Las intervenciones adhesivas sólo se admitirán hasta cuando quede ejecutoriado el auto que ordene el traslado a las partes para alegar. En estos procesos ni el demandante ni los intervinientes adhesivos podrán desistir".
