ARTICULO 58. El artículo 222 del Código Contencioso Administrativo quedará así: "Artículo 222. COMUNICACIÓN DE LA SENTENCIA. Proferida la sentencia, se notificará legalmente y se comunicará en la forma prescrita por el artículo 27 de la Ley 22 Bis de 1936. Si fuere del caso, en la sentencia se ordenará que se tome copias pertinentes y se remitan a las autoridades competentes para que investiguen las posibles infracciones de carácter penal".
