ARTICULO 32. El artículo 154 del Código Contencioso Administrativo quedará así: "Artículo 154. PROCEDIMIENTO ANTE EL CONSEJO DE ESTADO. En los procesos ante el Consejo de Estado, la solicitud de suspensión provisional será resuelto por la Sala o Sección en el auto admisorio de la demanda. Contra el auto que resuelve la solicitud de suspensión provisional procede el recurso de reposición. El auto que disponga la suspensión provisional se comunicará y cumplirá previa ejecutoria".
