ARTICULO 11. De conformidad con los artículos 68 y 79 del Código Contencioso Administrativo, los representantes legales de los establecimientos públicos nacionales, departamentales, intendenciales, comisariales y municipales, de las áreas metropolitanas y de los establecimientos públicos interadministrativos tienen jurisdicción coactiva para hacer efectivos, mediante el procedimiento ejecutivo prescrito por el Código de Procedimiento Civil, los créditos exigibles a favor de las mencionadas entidades.
