ARTICULO 8 º El artículo 63 del Código Contencioso Administrativo quedará así: "Artículo 63. AGOTAMIENTO DE LA VÍA GUBERNATIVA. El agotamiento, de la vía gubernativa se produce cuando los recursos interpuestos hayan sido decididos o denegados por silencio administrativo. Sin embargo, para agotar la vía gubernativa sólo es obligatorio interponer, cuando es procedente, el recurso de apelación. Pero, cuando contra un acto administrativo sólo proceda el recurso de reposición, éste será obligatorio".
