ARTICULO 6 º El artículo 59 del Código Contencioso Administrativo quedará así: "Artículo 59. CONTENIDO DE LA DECISIÓN. Concluido el término para practicar pruebas, si lo hubiere, deberá proferirse la decisión definitiva. Esta se motivará con los aspectos de hecho y de derecho que fueren Impertinentes''.
