ARTICULO 139. APLICACION SUPLETORIA. En los aspectos no contemplados en el presente Decreto se aplicarán las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en cuanto sean compatibles con la naturaleza de los procesos agrarios, con los objetivos que persigue este estatuto y los principios que lo inspiran.
