ARTICULO 133. INDEMNIZACION DE PERJUICIOS AL DEMANDADO. Si el demandado sufriere perjuicios por acción temeraria o de mala fe del actor, el resarcimiento de ellos se hará de acuerdo con las dispociones pertinentes del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
