ARTICULO 130. APELACIONES. Los autos contra los cuales proceda recurso ante el superior, serán apelables en el efecto devolutivo; la sentencia en el suspensivo, pero si fuere contraria al demandado, el juez tomará todas las medidas necesarias para precaver el daño o hacerlo cesar, si no lo hubiere hecho antes, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 121 del presente Decreto.
