ARTICULO 101. RECHAZO DE LA DEMANDA. Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos indicados en el artículo 99 o no se allegare la prueba que exige el anterior, el juez la devolverá para que el demandante subsane el defecto dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, y si así no lo hiciere, la rechazará. También procederá el rechazo cuando haya transcurrido el término de ciento veinte (120) días.
