ARTICULO 35. OBLIGATORIEDAD Y OPORTUNIDAD DE LA CONCILIACION. En todo proceso declarativo de índole agraria, salvo disposición en contrario, deberá el juez procurar la conciliación de la controversia, una vez contestada la demanda. También podrá efectuarse la conciliación a petición de las partes, de común acuerdo, en cualquier etapa del proceso.
