ARTICULO 28. CORRECCION DE LA DEMANDA. Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos formales exigidos por las correspondientes disposiciones legales, el juez, mediante auto, señalará los defectos de que adolezca para que el demandante los corrija en el término de cinco (5) días, y si así no lo hiciere la rechazará.
