ARTICULO 22. NORMAS ESPECIALES SOBRE REPRESENTACION JUDICIAL. Lo dispuesto en el artículo 163 del Código de Procedimiento Civil sobre designación de apoderado, se aplicará sin perjuicio de lo previsto en los artículos 4º del Decreto extraordinario 508 de 1974, 24 de la Ley 89 de 1890, 3º letra o de la Ley 81 de 1958, 13 y 30 del presente Decreto.
