ARTICULO 21. CONCESION DEL AMPARO DE POBREZA. Para la concesión del amparo bastará que el interesado afirme, personalmente o por conducto de su representante, bajo juramento que se considerará prestado por la sola presentación de la solicitud, que se encuentra en una de las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 19 de este Decreto.
