ARTICULO 20. INFORMACION SOBRE EL DERECHO AL AMPARO. Si el demandante, el demandado o interviniente a cualquier título en el proceso fuere un campesino, un indígena o un resguardo, el juez instruirá oportunamente a tales personas o a quien represente a la parcialidad conforme a lo previsto en el Capítulo IV de la Ley 89 de 1890 y en la letra o del artículo 3º de la Ley 81 de 1958, sobre el derecho a solicitar el amparo de pobreza si se da una de las condiciones previstas en el artículo anterior.
