ARTICULO 13. QUIENES EJERCER EL MINISTERIO PUBLICO. El Ministerio Público será ejercicio, en los procesos que correspondan a esta jurisdicción, por el Procurador Delegado para Asuntos Agrarios y los Procuradores Agrarios. En su defecto, se ejercerá

Ante los Tribunales Superiores por los respectivos fiscales, en coordinación con los Procuradores Agrarios.

Ante los Jueces Agrarios, por los Fiscales de Circuito o por los Personeros Municipales en la forma indicada en el numeral anterior. TITULO II REGLAS GENERALES. CAPITULO I INTERPRETACION Y APLICACION DEL DERECHO.
