ARTICULO 12. INTEGRACION. Las Salas Agrarias ejercerán sus funciones en salas de decisión, integradas para cada asunto por el magistrado ponente y los dos que le sigan en orden alfabético de apellidos. Cuando el número de magistrados sea inferior a tres (3), las decisiones se adoptarán en sala dual. CAPITULO II MINISTERIO PÚBLICO.
