ARTICULO 7o . El concurso de méritos por el cual el docente ingresa a la universidad, otorgará hasta quince (15) puntos, proporcionalmente a la calificación máxima obtenible, conforme a la reglamentación de vinculación de personal docente expedida por el Honorable Consejo Superior.
