Artículo segundo. Los Ingenieros a quienes, con motivo de un anterior retiro, se les hubiere hecho devolución de cuotas, conforme a las disposiciones vigentes, reingresaren al servicio deberán reintegrar dichas cuotas, pero si no lo hicieren no por ello perderán el reconocimiento de las prestaciones correspondientes al tiempo a que se refieren las cuotas, debiendo la Caja descontar el valor de tales cuotas de cualquier prestación que les reconozca.
