Artículo primero. El Ingeniero a quien la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de los Ingenieros le hubiere pagado cesantía por causa de su retiro y volviere a ocupar cargo afiliado a la misma Caja no tendrá derecho a que para cesantías posteriores se le tenga en cuenta el tiempo servido anteriormente.
