Habrá lugar a arbitramento técnico cuando las partes convengan someter a la decisión de expertos en una ciencia o arte las controversias susceptibles de transacción que entre ellas se susciten. Las materias respectivas y el alcance de las facultades de los árbitros se expresarán en el pacto arbitral.
