En el proceso arbitral no se admitirán incidentes. Los árbitros deberán resolver de plano, antes del traslado para alegar de conclusión, sobre tachas a los peritos, y cualquier otra cuestión de naturaleza semejante que pueda llegar a presentarse. Las objeciones a los dictámenes periciales y las tachas a los testigos se resolverán en el laudo.
