Cumplidas las actuaciones anteriores, el tribunal citará a las partes para la primera audiencia de trámite, con diez (10) días de anticipación, expresando fecha, hora y lugar en que debe celebrarse. La providencia será notificada personalmente a las partes o a sus apoderados. No pudiendo hacerse por este medio, se hará por correo certificado.
