Si al decidirse sobre el impedimento o recusación de uno de los árbitros hay empate, o si el árbitro es único, las diligencias serán enviadas al juez civil del circuito del lugar donde funcione el tribunal de arbitramento para que decida de plano. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
