Los árbitros nombrados por acuerdo de las partes no podrán ser recusados sino por causales sobrevinientes a la designación. Los nombrados por el juez o por un tercero, serán recusables dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la designación del árbitro. (Modificado según Art 120 ley 446 de 1998)
