º Las partes deberán acordar el pacto arbitral en cualquier documento, con inclusión de telegramas, télex, fax u otro medio semejante en el que manifiesten expresamente su propósito de someterse a decisión arbitral. El pacto arbitral deberá indicar el lugar exacto en que las partes recibirán notificaciones e impondrá a éstas el deber de comunicarse cualquier variación, so pena de que se surtan en el lugar inicialmente señalado.
