Artículo 2° . Por medio del pacto arbitral, que comprende la cláusula compromisoria y el compromiso, las partes se obligan a someter sus diferencias a la decisión de un Tribunal Arbitral, renunciando a hacer valer sus pretensiones ante los jueces. (Modificado según Art 115 ley 446 de 1998)
