REVERSION. En toda resolución de adjudicación de terrenos baldíos o contrato que celebre el INCORA para la explotación de tierras baldías, se establecerá expresamente la obligación de observar las disposiciones sobre conservación de los recursos naturales renovables, protección de bosques nativos, de vegetación protectora y de reservas forestales, constituyendo su incumplimiento causal de caducidad y reversión del baldío adjudicado al dominio de la Nación.
