SUSPENSION DE ACTIVIDADES. Si la causal que da lugar a la caducidad es la violación de las normas relacionadas con la conservación de los recursos naturales, el beneficiario de la adjudicación o el usufructo estará obligado a suspender toda actividad de explotación. El INCORA dará aviso al INDERENA o a la Corporación Autónoma Regional competente, para que adopte las previsiones e imponga las sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
