EFECTOS. Ejecutoriada la resolución que revoque un título de adjudicación, el terreno adjudicado vuelve al dominio de la Nación, previo pago de las mejoras útiles y necesarias, según avalúo que al efecto practicarán peritos del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi". Con tal fin deberá inscribirse la correspondiente providencia en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos respectiva. CAPITULO X. DE LA CADUCIDAD DE LOS CONTRATOS.
