PROCEDENCIA. El INCORA podrá revocar directamente, de oficio o a solicitud de parte, sin necesidad del consentimiento expreso del titular, las resoluciones de adjudicación de tierras baldías dictadas a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 30 de 1988, cuando establezca que son violatorias de las disposiciones de la Ley 135 de 1961.
